“drives are out off control ”

I was waiting today for parcel which according to their website is out for delivery,and keep checking delivery status where waiting and watching street for driver but nothing happened apart from unexpected update on tracker telling me that parcel is left at local post office and receiver (me) was left with a slip from driver.I didn't got any slip and never seen driver ,tomorrow I will check some local pos office's I may be lucky and find the right one worst service ever.
