“worse service ever”

I made a claim almost 3 weeks ago and still awaiting for Swift cover to give the garage the go ahead to start the repairs on my car. They have provided no courtesy car and given no feedback on the current status of my claim. I spent most of the morning trying to speak to someone in the claims department and after 3 different calls due to being cut off whilst in a queue and a total of 60 minutes of my time and money I still did not get to speak to anyone. There is nothing Swift about Swift cover don't bother with them they are rubbish !!!!!!!
