“Not Too Egregious”

As I say, Not Too Egregious!
Good value for money but can be difficult to get through on the phone sometimes.
I'd waited 10 mins and some one answered asking if they could call me back. Twice this happened and neither time did they call. Eventually got through though and they were efficient from then on.
