“Great online portal, but service needs improvement ”

I used premier property lawyers to sell and buy a home.

Online portal is easy and great to use, but I had typing errors on documents and also items not noticed that I thought should have done. I received conflicting information from them concerning an issue with the property I was buying and in the end pulled out of the purchase.

Biggest worry was I had to phone twice to get the proceeds of my sale sent to my account. Eventually being paid 6 days after completion

I would use them again, but would have reservations to be honest.
