“Probate Management”

From the initial contact with the Probate Consultant from Simplify who came to my home to discuss the procedures, I felt more relaxed about the task ahead. The Consultant spent several hours explaining all the necessary steps in an expansive manner and I felt I could put my trust in this system. I was then contacted by my Probate Manager of Chorus Law who further explained how they operated and all the necessary stages he would steer me through. I immediately felt confident that this system would take all the stress away from my shoulders! How good that felt. I was contacted and updated at every step; the Probate Manager informed me of events, asked me for information etc and explained everything in a clear and succinct manner. He responded fast to all my requests, emails, phone calls etc. Amazing. On the few occasions he was not available, someone in Chorus Law would help me or pass on a message in a caring manner. The P. Manager even gave up weekend time to complete paperwork for me which came through on a Saturday! In other words, I am completely satisfied with this excellent service and am very happy to recommend it to family and friends, and indeed have already done so.
