“Terrible communication ”

I ordered a bed on 30th October. I have had to phone them on numerous occasions...only to be told "It's still being made
No apologies are being made. 2 wks I was told when I ordered the bed. I am disabled so have ordered the bed to make my life easier. Instead, 3 weeks later I am still without the bed.
I am seriously thinking about cancelling the order.
I feel that I shouldn't have to keep chasing them up, but when you've spent a great deal of money on a product, I certainty believe they need to rethink there whole attitude!! Had I known this when I ordered the bed, I would have taken my custom elsewhere.
