Despite a 20 working day window for payments of orders traded in, payment for a recent order was extremely delayed - almost three weeks past the window (well over a month in total).
Emails were answered quickly but with no date of when the matter would be resolved. They apologised and sent a code for future orders but would be very reluctant to deal with again.
Excellent before but requires vast improvement of late.
