“New and Used purchase - LF Camera and Scanner”

I was in the market for a large format camera. I called Ffordes and spoke to a very helpful and knowledgeable man who guided me to a Shen Hao camera as well as a number of other accessories. The person I dealt with answered all my questions and appreciated my lack of knowledge and at no time did I feel awkward. The person I dealt with and Ffords were very helpful and I received the items the following day. In addition I got some film and a used scanner.
I would definitely return as a customer and recommend others to buy from here. I cannot find any faults in relation to service - something that I am quite fussy about.
