Very disgusting and annoying experience.
I filed a claim for my iphone 6 whose screen was broken and after providing the required documents for atleast 5-6 times through mails and couriers ,the customer care executives had the same old reply ,that we haven't recieved your complete documents. When i told them that i even had the acknowledgement reciepts of the couriers which proves that the documents have been recieved in your office,they simply said that they don't have any such information. Finally they rejected my claim after a month or so.
