I ordered 2 identical items on 26/09/17. Only one arrived. I telephoned (at 13p per minute) and was told tat there had been a problem with the delivery but that the order for the second item was cancelled. I have still not been credited with this amount nd am now asked to give proof of non- delivery! Moreover, I have had no response to my frequent correspondence. The email address is hard to find nad clearly unused. I am not prepared to spend time on the telephone at premium rates!
