Where to start? Delivered damaged goods, dont answer phones, didnt respond to emails, did nothing. Then when they did respond, they expected me to re-submit my problem because they have changed their systems and are no longer responding to problems submitted on the old system.
Seriously, spend a few pounds more to avoid dealing with these people. Its just not worth it. 6 weeks now, and getting absolutely nowhere and £360 down.
