“Very poor service, bad experience, strongly advise against”

I rented through them a car in Sicily with Sicily by Car. I've got charge by Sicily Car Rental 348.66€ by a minor scratch, not a dent, in the bumper of 5mm that I am pretty sure was already there. To make effective the insurance coverage I contracted with Economy Car Rentals, I had to send all the documents to Greece and took me 2 months and half to get paid back 269€. Almost 90€ not covered because they are management fees (small contract letter).

What's a pity I surfed the web before contracting and, despite seeing many complains about both Sicily by car and Economy Car Rentals, I took the risk of working with them. At the end, it wasn't as cheap as I expected and much more worrisome.
