I waited almost 20 minutes to get to talk to anyone about the following:
I had reported that they had not paid the bill for an appointment I had on 10th October although they had told me they would pay it in full as they had mishandled the case. That was about 3 weeks ago and I had a letter from the Surgeon saying they STILL had not been paid so I rang (and had this very long wait) only to be told that they would pay it next week. It is almost unbelievable that for the huge subscription I pay for just one person, it can take this long to settle the accounts. I have written to the surgeon to explain that it was not my fault that they had not been paid and that I was very sorry. Why for huge subscriptions cannot you both answer the telephone and also pay the bills within days of receiving them.
If I knew of a better Health Insurer I would move - as I am thoroughly fed up with the service you give and the speed with which you answer (or don't0 TELEPHONES OR LETTERS.
