The company has terrible service control and does not seem to care at all. Write it or not! They really have to be closed for what they deliver! My boyfriend ordered flowers for my 50th birthday, as he was away. The flowers arrived 1 week early!!! Ruined surprised. After complaining, interflora promised to redeliver on birthday - but failed again. It came 3 days later. When trying to call and ask for delivery time they would not want To speak on that, for reasons of ‘data protection’. They promised to refund the cost to my BF as they messed it up. Instead- they charged him double! What a mess and unfriendly company! You really shall do other things, Interflora- you can’t be doing customer service- as you have no clue of what ‘customer’ really means. I wonder how you still manage to stay in business. I saw some other really bad reviews. I hope no one ever orders with you! Well if they want a ruined surprise - they may.
