Tuffnells drove into the back of my husband's car whilst it was stationary. This was over 6 months ago. No apology, still not paid up for the damage, even though they totalled our car. This is not a company that cares. Try and find an email for their CEO and you can't. That's because he's not interested in listening to you. Disgraceful.
