“Low quality homes with leaks and mold infestation ”

Avoid Barratt and this property at all cost.
Building work is not done properly. In my case I had 3 water leaks in my brand new apartment. This cause a massive mold infestation. Barrat, especially the person I dealt with don't even wanna deal with the mess and work on rectifying it. Shame! Avoid! It's been 4 weeks and the leak is still ongoing!
