Friendly, helpful and efficient.
Having made enquiries about the hotel that we wanted, by the time we called back it was fully booked for the dates that we required. The next morning availability was still showing online so I called back but it was confirmed that the hotel was fully booked (the IT people hadn't updated the page). However, the Fleetway representative did further checks and managed to get us a booking albeit a couple of days earlier and for nine rather than ten days. Price was very good and booking was made easily. Paperwork came through electronically quickly. Full info re the hotel, resort, flights, transfers etc was very clear.
