Booked a collection. Nobody turned up. Told to rebook it at a cost of £6. Told I would get a refund of that if it turned out the courier didn't turn up. Rebooked.
On investigation told the courier did turn up on the original date so can't refund £6. Given GPS coordinates of where the courier went to proves they went to the wrong address. However I am told that's where they parked their vehicle and they must have come to my house. I was in all day and nobody came.
What company bills you for a service, fails to complete that service then asks for money to complete it?
Their customer service stinks and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
