No problem with delivery staff but the lead up to delivery could be improved ,plenty of messages on phone but no definite time . Delivery times should be from 08-00am onwards and you should tell the customer the day before either a morning or afternoon time slot the phone them next day with a time slot . I believe you could lose custom if time slots are not improved .AO.COM
