“forget 7 day delivery”

after 8 days i sent them email message to cancel my order if they had not posted my order.
online it says wait up to 25 days for delivery, when i ordered it stated 5-7 days.
reply came back sorry for delay my order is due to be picked I should receive delivery soon?
why order something urgent for someone who is in need of it.
never again.should have purchased it on eBay.
