As my car is very well looked after even though it is about 16 years old I have not yet used their breakdown service, but on every dealing with this company I have been completely satisfied. On the telephones, very polite, friendly and helpful and the website is very easy to use, as I am a complete technophobe this is really good praise indeed. So yes on what I have learned about this company so far I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
