Appalling service. Terrible online experience. Had difficulty ordering on line because of error on their website. I had to make five phone calls to get it sorted. Waited well over a week then phoned to query the delay only to be told they were out of stock and it was a discontinued line. They said I had been told it was discontinued, which was a complete lie. I asked why no one had notified me only to be told that they were too busy to let people know. On asking to speak to their MD I was told he didn't take calls and had no secretary. No apology. Terrible Customer Relations.
