Product: Pandora 3ft single THREE tier pine bunk bed

Excellent bed. Very high quality manufacturing and the new design feature with foot supports very good. Delivery quick and on time. Driver very jolly and brought the bed up to my 1st floor flat. Company kept us very informed about delivery with regular emails, text and phone calls to update on delivery. Only issues I had was one piece of wood which required a screw was cut with a knot where the screw needed to be so it split. The only thing I would add is for customers to read the full building instructions before making the bed as if you follow step by step as you go you'll miss bits. Company replaced the piece with no quibbles for free with next day delivery. All in all the best service I have ever received from a furniture company and an excellent British product.
