“Terrible”

Had £29.97 taken from my account which was never authorised by voucher city.co.uk
Who ever they are?? I called them and they said I'd opted in to this
Load rubbish never have I opted in for something like this
3 times I called this bank and every time they said I'd failed security
They could see no direct debits on screen I mentioned
Funny I was on my so and they was there in front of me
So all weekend I have had no Lucknow my cards been blocked so cannot use my money in my account
Complaint raised and I'm hoping I finish work early enough to go into my branch never ever have I known a bank that stops you from using your money or does not take fraud seriously
