Ordered kitchen - delivery 30th sept between 7 & 11am. No show.
Phone Wickes go through options on phone to be told eventually customers services don't function at weekends - imagine a DIY store!
Phone local store - try to be helpful but have little information. My delivery will be here at 1 pm.
Arrives 5.30 pm. Driver " we didn't even load until 3.30 pm."
"there's no sinks been put on this run" After ordering another we found they had delivered a sink.
Shambles - whoever is responsible for the delivery system should be replaced.
