I purchased a TV Online to be delivered in store Leicester St Georges Retail
Wrong TV sent, cheaper to what I paid for. The staff were the worst ever, and I had to phone Customer service myself due to poor service in store.
In the end I agreed to exchange the TV in store, however the member of staff who was helping me. walked off and served someone else. Another member did the same. In the end I left the store frustrated and upset, I had no TV. When I did receive the correct one, and tried to fit it to my bedroom wall, I realised they had sold me the bracket
