“Poor shopping experience!”

I needed to stock up on some vegetarian bullion which I usually buy from Amazon or the health shops. After Google search I found a very good offer on flubit. Few days after placing the order I received a parcel from a completely different seller with the wrong quantity and the incorrect product. I decided to ring flubit customer service number and in amusement listened to the automated message which is really weird. You are informed that you have to complain directly to the seller and not flubit. In the end I contacted flubit by email, requested refund, had a refund case assigned, paid for return postage and waited a couple of weeks for the refund.
In the end I ordered the product I needed from Amazon and received it the next day. And you can't beat that!
