Ordered a corner sofa with a chaise from the Speke shop, confirmed in the shop what side we wanted the chaise on and left the shop happy with the service, I received an email with the details of the order and I noticed it said the chaise was left facing I was concerned as the chaise should have been on the right if facing it, I went back to the shop the following morning less than 24 hours after placing the order and expressed my concern I was reassured that the order was correct and it was the way you sit on the sofa not face it, so I left assured everything was fine, 10 weeks later on the day of delivery we found that the chaise was on the wrong side it was left facing , we were left with no furniture at all. Sofology have admitted their error but we are still left with no furniture now having to wait possibly another 8-10 weeks, Sofology said there's nothing else they can do. Sofology made the mistake but we are left the inconvenience and it feels like sofology aren't bothered.
3 weeks later after fighting we had delivered loan furniture but still no news on my actual order, after numerous phone calls and being promised call backs, I have had to call again and again only to be promised I would get a call, I have contacted the complaint department and again promised a call which never happened, the service I have received could not of been any worse, I will post on here everyday until I receive at least a call, absolutely disgraceful customer service from Sofology
