“Tracking Says On It's Way”

Purchased item through Amazon. Seller used Hermes for delivery. Estimated delivery 18/19 Oct. By 22 Oct the tracking still said it's on it's way and delivery due 19 Oct. Still saying that now and it is late on 24 Oct. Seller yet to explain this.

Not the first issue I've had with Hermes, including claims that the item has been delivered and then it appears days later.

Very worrying, especially as eBay seem to have teamed up with them now.
