“Pressure sales ”

Visited my local branch today in Stoke-on-Trent after visiting Fiat in newcastle under-lyme, I had a lovely no pressure salesman at Fiat and I was feeling really good about buying a car after visiting Fiat, so I thought I would just call in my local Arnold Clark's to see what they have in ? WHAT A STUPID MISTAKE,,,,,,, I arrived pulled up and within 30 seconds of getting out of my car the salesman was there. I was interested in a Mokka, so out of politeness I asked about one, I ran through the figures and the APR was actually 8% and he tried to talk it down to 4.2% ????? alarm bells.

I was not happy and stated I will think about it and let him know,,,, reply what will change your mind to make a deal today,,,,, I said nothing I would like to think about it,,,, he said hang on whilst I speak to my manager. This is a tactic sales men use to close deals. My manager says cause we have sold 19 cars today we will do you a better deal.

WHY NOT DO A GOOD DEAL ANYWAY NUGGET,,,,,,,,, never ever again will I have a vauxhall if they are using tactics like this ,,,,,,, so much better when it was a genuine vauxhall dealership.
