I am a platinum A/C holder with Lloyds, tried to get car insurance quote online with 10% discount. Site kept saying I had entered wrong date of birth, rang call centre and passed from pillar to post with fancy irrelevant menu system, rang 4 different numbers given to me, put on hold, eventually gave up and put phone down, glad I am not insured with this company. Avoid avoid at all costs
