Traded in a stack of games in exchange for cash, their customer services advised me the wait would be 20 business days after the trade was processed. It has now exceeded that and I'm still waiting for my return payment, and have not had any follow up despite emails to them asking for an update.

Overall would not recommend, they cannot stick to their own timescales and overall are just not worth the risk.
