“Award Winning Customer Service - What a joke!”

I have been a PlusNet Broadband customer for 9 years. The service itself has been great. Customer service used to be as good, but it has, over the last couple of years, gone rapidly worse.
They have removed the options to create a support ticket or email them for minor problems or indeed major ones if one is busy on other things - they do not seem to realise that most customers have other things to do.
Sometimes documentation is needed to resolve a problem - it cannot be sent.
It may be advertised as award winning customer service, but awards are sometimes given for being the worst.
Apparently they think we all like web chat and telephoning only, so we are expected to believe that they did it because it was for our own good and not their cost cutting.
Phone/Chat would still be a second best option if they were actually able to service those routes of communication in less than 30 minutes waiting.
Customer service is now dire.
