“Customer service at Campbells Caravan Dealers”

I feel obliged to write in order to express my experience in the purchase of a new Bailey Unicorn Vigo from Campbells at Lostock Hall. I was first impressed by the sales experience with Douggie who is an exemplorary salesman, most helpful and informative explaining all the relevant aspects to us. We are well pleased with our purchase. What a change from my purchase in1973 of a Lunar 14 ft which I also purchased new from Lostock Hall at the price of £555!!!

After 55 miles driving my brand new Bailey caravan to my home in Cumbria I had an (unwarranted) concern which prompted me to call Campbells service centre and spoke to a very well informed person who decided because of my concernes, to come to my home in person to investigate. After a thorough check and road test my concerns were obviously unfounded. Colin is a brilliant person, reassuring, knowledgeable and most helpful.

Since our purchase in September I have now towed this caravan 1350 miles and it tows beautifully.
