“misleading ”

I submitted 2 phones and was expecting £165 for an iPhone 6s and £35 for the other, an iPhone 5s. When they were received I was sent 2 emails stating that the price had been reduced as the LED screen had “white marks” and they were being treated as non working. This was untrue as the phones were both in good working order and I feel that I was duped by mazuma, the decrease in price not being proportionate and also being so widely varying from one phone to the other. They took £30 off the fee for the 5s and £105 from the fee for the 6s. Both phones were well looked after and in perfect working condition and I was disappointed at the dishonesty involved. Please be aware that once your phone is received they will not give the fair price for the phone. Rather than waste more time and delay any kind of payment any further I felt forced to accept the offer but will never use mazuma again and feel that the process was crooked. Before I had sent anything or become involved with this company I would have liked to have known that small small issues which should be expected from a second hand phone would cost me a significant amount of money.
