“Helpful staff secured my renewal”

Been insured with this firm for a few years and felt this time I needed to do a review of my holiday home cover. Found the staff member I spoke to very helpful, went out of her way to double check on rebuild costs for me. This ensured I had the the right cover and also confirmed the quality of the policy so I was happy to renew with Leisuredays rather than switch to other companies who were offering me cheaper premiums but weaker policies. One company even got the whole thing wrong!
