Left me with my son with complex medical and special needs called before 7pm was going to be with me in 60/90mins and will fix at the Road side then went down hill kept getting messages changing the waiting time in the end I had to get a lift home as my son needed medication I had to leave my car in a road and left the key with someone to give to the break down drive I phoned over 5 times to complain and every time was told something different so by 11.30pm (still changing the time at 12.30)I told them to leave it till this morning so the people I left the key with could go to bed as they had to be at work early in the morning phone call before 6am this morning to ask who was with the car so I explained again I am on the other side of the city and the key was with gave details again and I was then told this company never fix at the side of the road they always take back to there yard I think Direct line and Green flags need to get all the information sorted as each phone call I was told different information which makes you made NEVER will i use them again as I need a reliable breakdown company
