“CDW Insurance dupe”

Duped by Firefly Valencia. I am fully aware of the CDW scheme, so ALWAYS buy this in the UK, just 25 quid! Never asked or discussed insurance at the rental desk. I signed the rental agreement. Got back to UK & a £212 charge on credit card. Eventually (after weeks of requests) it transpires CDW insurance was added - yes, I did sign! TIP: check the box on the rental agreement that is headed Insurance & Coverage Declaration BEFORE you sign - ensure every line is marked as DECLINE. The rental guy successfully duped me. Don't bother with the risk - DO NOT USE FIREFLY.
