“HORRIBLE SERIVICE”

I got the package that would allow me to watch Direct Tv via phone, computer, and even laptop. The app for my IPhone is always searching for network services (whether on Wi-Fi or cellular service). When I use my desktop, Google Chrome doesn't work, it always say "NOT RESPONDING" then shuts down. Even on Ethernet or Mozilla Firefox the website to watch my shows doesn't work. I pay for services I can never use. Once my contract ends, I will be switching over to another company. If you like to watch your TV, then Direct TV isn't the best option. I wish, I read the reviews before opting to sign with Direct TV.
