“Very helpful and friendly”

Spoke with the person I dealt with, as I was having issues getting my insurance documents from the portal. She then went on to investigate the issue and told me that it would be resolved today, but in the meantime did get approval to send the documents to me as I needed to pass them on to the dealership in order to make sure I got my bike on time. The prices are definitely competitive and I felt that it was reflected by the staff(it just makes you forget about being on hold, when you know that something is being done while you wait).
