I bought a pair of 9ct gold studs in September 2017, only had them a month and one of the studs cut the front of my ear lobe and was bleeding for ages. Also the back of one of the studs came loose and was lost. When I went into store to explain they wouldnt refund even though they were faulty, so I left the store and was disgusted at the service given, staff clearly have no idea how to give correct customer service, also management refused to speak to me when I asked for them to speak to me. I will never purchase anything from this company ever again, I am shocked that they can sell faulty jewellery and cause injury.
