“My First Three Weeks!”

We have been impressed with Harvey's professionalism since our initial contact with the Sales Office. This was followed,shortly after, by a visit from their highly experienced rep. She introduced their system, answered all our queries and even identified a suitable installation position subject to their plumber's approval. We opted for a 3 month trial and their plumber called by timed appointment to fit the equipment.
The improvement in our water quality was simply startling. Our water had been noticeably hard with lime scale causing build-up in the kettle and on bath and basin taps. Immediately the softened water was soft to the touch, required much less soap and left absolutely no scale deposit around bath and basins.
Although we have only had the system for 3 weeks the improvement in our quality of life is simply quite startling.
We will be confirming our order when the trial expires.
