“Helpful and friendly”

When I contact Easyspace I always get a friendly and helpful voice at the other end. It's great that it's a real person and not an overseas call centre. The best thing is that they'll email the advice or details they've given you so you can refer to it again. I like their informality - it puts me at my ease as I'm not totally computer savvy. Perhaps the only downside of a phone call is that you have to listen to instructions and press numbers but compared with some sites it's very speedy. Easyspace has hosted my email and website for 15 years or so and I would thoroughly recommend them.
