“Shockingly terrible experience - avoid”

I have never experienced such poor customer service for any company ever. They accepted my order online quote willingly but 2 days later the phone never arrived. When I followed this up with the offensive customer service team I was told that I have been declined even though my credit has been accepted on the original call and they would not tell me why. The customer service agent constantly talked over me refused to accept any questions and when I ask to be put through to their complaints team drop the call.. I wish I'd seen the other reviews on this site before proceeding with them as they are absolutely disgusting. I would recommend they are avoided at all costs
