Good Points

General Comments
Zen have got to be the best isp around.

After having trouble with previous isp (Talk Talk) I switched to Zen because they were they only ones who had a good review and offered a fast connection without port blocking (the so called fair usage policy). I have not been let down they do exactly what they say. I have an 8 meg connection with 20 gig per month allowance. Although the speed fluctuates around the 5 meg mark (due to BT apparantly) I have not noticed any port blocking which ALL big name isp's are rolling out. 20 gig is more than enough for doing your thing.

Also a point to note is they don't include your upload amount in your monthly allowance so you are free to keep that all important 1:1 ratio (you know what I'm talking about!)

@ 25 quid per month I think it's well worth the money for the quality and service.
