“Frustrating Experience”

Exceptionally frustrating experience. Ordered bluetooth speaker online on the Sunday. Received confirmation of order. Even received email saying preparing for dispatch on Monday. Only to get email 2 days later saying no stock and the stock would not be replenished. Apparently there is some clause in their terms and conditions saying this is okay though. Refund processed 8 days later. When I looked online it showed stock in store up north. I asked if they would transfer the stock to my local store and I would collect. Nope can't do that. Phoned to explain what i thought was reasonable request only to get the terms and conditions thrown back at me several times. Well thanks to the person I dealt with @currys but customer services usually means listening. Not giving same response. If you want to buy from currys use the stores as the website is untrust worthy.
