My husbands company recommended transfermate as they use them all the time, I had never heard of it beforehand.

I cannot fault the service in any respect.

In fact I had run into difficulties with the transfer on my end due to forgetting my PIN no and the staff I dealt with were very understanding and waited until I could sort things out my end without any penalisation.

All of the correspondence by phone or email was friendly and efficient.

My money arrived in my bank account on the same day I sent it much to my relief as I needed the money urgently.

The rates are much more competitive than using a bank.

I'm a very happy customer and would wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
