We ordered an I phone 7. After 2 weeks the phone became faulty, the home button stopped working. We boxed the phone up and sent it back to mobilephonesdirect, expecting the phone to be replaced. They then contacted us by email to say the phone was not in "pristine" condition and the sim tray had been used. No way "sherlock", how did you think we had managed to use it for that period of 2 weeks. They have now send back the faulty phone and told us to take it to Apple
Please note that under the Consumer Goods Act , I am entitled to a full refund as I have returned the faulty good within 30 days and anyone else who has the same problems should insist on the same
Better still buy from someone else
I would definitely not use this business and will be notifying the service provider of the shocking customer service
