“unreliable delivery”

Ordered staple items ie paper envelopes on the 27th and till end of day 29th no delivery. Upon numerous calls, having waited up 16 minutes for an anwswer am now told that delivery will now be after the weekend, now 5 days later!!

Call centre staff not able to give me satisfactory reason and unable to connect me to superviser.
