“SHOCKING SERVICE”

Waste your money at your peril, this company will take it from you and give you nothing in return. The telephone lines are shocking, almost always being cut off just as they "supposedly" answer. When you do eventually get through you are asked to call again as the operator that answers states "the system is down" and when you finally get through you are fobbed off with excuses.
Trying to resolve a claim ended me receiving a mobile text, stating the policy as cancelled, again I tried getting through to understand why the policy was cancelled to be passed from pillar to post and eventually be told by the underwriters that there was a problem with the original agreement. UTTER GARBAGE.
